A personal approach to health, grounded in experience
I believe that everybody has a story, and that understanding that story is an essential part of good care.
My journey into healthcare was shaped by my own experience of living with a chronic health condition. I know what it feels like to search for answers, to live with uncertainty and to want someone to look beyond the symptoms.
That experience changed the direction of my life and continues to influence how I care for people today.
After an earlier career as a legal and business translator, I began practising massage therapy in 2013. Since then, I have continued my education in osteopathy, nutritional therapy, medical acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Today, as a registered osteopath, I bring together clinical knowledge, hands-on treatment and a broader understanding of health and wellbeing to provide care tailored to everyone.
Listening to the whole person
My approach begins with listening.
I take time to understand your symptoms, health history, lifestyle and personal concerns. Rather than focusing on one area of the body in isolation, I consider the wider picture and how different aspects of health may be connected.
I believe in thoughtful clinical reasoning, clear communication and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals when appropriate.
There is no single treatment that suits everyone. My aim is to help you understand your options and feel actively involved in your care.
A commitment to women's health
Women's health holds a particular place in my practice and is an area in which I am committed to continuing education and professional development.
My osteopathic dissertation explored endometriosis, deepening my interest in the challenges faced by women living with persistent pain and complex, often misunderstood conditions.
I am especially interested in supporting women through different stages of life, including pregnancy, postnatal recovery and menopause, as well as those experiencing ongoing pain or long-term health concerns.
I believe women deserve to have their experiences taken seriously, their questions answered and their care approached with curiosity, compassion and respect.
While women's health is a particular focus of my work, I welcome people of all genders and backgrounds.
Why Marylebone House?
I created Marylebone House to offer a more personal experience of healthcare: professional and considered, yet warm, welcoming and unhurried.
A place where you can feel comfortable sharing your concerns, where treatment is tailored to your individual needs and where clinical knowledge is accompanied by genuine care.
Everybody has a story. Every story deserves to be heard.
